- Damaged Packages: In the event that your package arrives damaged or broken, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue. However, due to our low-margin business model, we do not offer refunds. Instead, we will provide you with a fresh package with your next purchase.
2. Refunds
- All Sales Final: We do not offer refunds on any purchases, as all sales are final.
- Exceptions in Extenuating Circumstances: In rare cases, and at our sole discretion, we may make an exception. Please contact us if you believe your situation warrants special consideration.
- No Refund for Shipping Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., customs, weather, courier issues).
3. Cancellation Policy
- No Cancellations After Dispatch: Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled. Our products are made fresh prior to dispatch, and therefore we cannot accommodate cancellations.
